Heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Analiza U. Miso, PUVeP staff on study leave, who successfully graduated last October 19, 2007 with a Master of Science degree in "Agricultural Sciences, Major in Agricultural Economics" from the University of Hohenheim, Stuttgart, Germany, with a scholarship of the German Catholic Academic Exchange Service (KAAD).
The title of her masteral thesis is "Assessment of the Socio-economic Impact and Environmental Implication of Allotment Gardens in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines".
During her semestral break in 2006, Analiza was able to conduct a 3-months internship at the Ecosan Program of the GTZ Headquarter in Eschborn, Germany. Analiza will stay in the field of ecosan and is presently preparing for her Ph.D. studies which will focus on the economic impact on ecological sanitation systems in the Philippines.
We are very proud of you, Analiza, and looking forward to welcoming you back in Cagayan de Oro in 2008!
