IQuAME at PUVeP
On July 24, 2007, Dr. Ramiro F. Plopino, Director, School of Graduate & Professional Studies of the University of Pangasinan and Mrs. Nathalie Egot, CHED Region X, visited PUVeP as part of the evaluation of Xavier University’s community relation activities under CHED's IQuAME (Institutional Monitoring and Evaluation for Quality Assurance in Higher Education).
They were joined by Mrs. Estrella Borja, Associate Dean for Social Outreach, Eng. Alexis Maristasa, Assistant Dean (both College of Agriculture), as well as Mr. Ermin Stan Pimentel, Director of KKP, the social involvement program of Xavier University.
The evaluators questioned the PUVeP staff as regards the functions, status and impact of the different programs of PUVeP to the community partners before they visited the St. Ignatius Allotment Garden where the Ecosan UDD toilet triggered their particular interest.
