Activities in the Project:

In-charge of proper filing of office documents of the PUVeP
Asia IT&C office.
In-charge of writing reports, minutes, letters, emails, and other communications as assigned by the Project Manager.
In-charge of mailing and receiving all in-coming and out-going project related correspondence
Cooperates with the documentor assigned by the city government of Cagayan de Oro in project related activities of the PUVeP Asia Urbs project.
Assists the PUVeP Asia IT@C Administrative and Finance Officer in project related activities.
In charge for technical repairs, maintenance of the office computers as well as the Geomatics Laboratory.
